\u4e00\u3001Register a Business Account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Visit the Mixdesk website on your computer, mixdesk.com<\/a>, and click the Free Trial button to go to the registration page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The business super admin accountcan be registered directly using a mobile number, email, Google account, or Facebook account.<\/strong>(The super admin account has the highest level of access and can add and manage agent accounts.) You\u2019ll need to fill in the basic information: account, password, and company name.\nYou can also choose the display language for the registration page and the Mixdesk workspace language after login.\n\nIn the next step, enter the verification code sent to your email to complete the business account registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u4e8c\u3001Add agent accounts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you need agents to handle customer service, configure the workspace, or perform other tasks, you must create separate accounts for each agent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/strong>Agent accounts cannot be registered directly on the Mixdesk website!\nThe business super admin must add agent accounts within the Mixdesk workspace.\nNote that when adding an agent account for the first time, only an email address can be used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\u3001First, determine whether you need to set permissions for agent or other staff accounts.\nBy default, the system role is System Administrator, which has all permissions.\n\nYou can create new roles and assign permissions based on business needs in the workspace under Settings > Roles & Permissions to configure appropriate access for employees with different responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2\u3001Next, in the workspace, go to Settings > Agents & Groups.\nOn the left side, you can add groups based on your business needs.\n\nAgent groups can be used for staff management, service assignment, data aggregation, and more.\n\nThen, click Add Agent Account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. \u4ec5\u81ea\u5df1\uff1a\u5f53\u524d\u5ba2\u670d\u53ea\u80fd\u67e5\u770b\u5206\u914d\u7ed9\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5bf9\u8bdd\u6570\u636e\u3002\u52fe\u9009\u300cAI\u5458\u5de5\u300d\u548c\u300c\u672a\u5206\u914d\u300d\u5219\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u5230\u5206\u914d\u7ed9 AI \u63a5\u5f85\u548c\u672a\u5206\u914d\u7684\u5bf9\u8bdd\u3002

2. \u90e8\u5206\uff1a\u5f53\u524d\u5ba2\u670d\u53ef\u4ee5\u67e5\u770b\u5206\u914d\u7ed9\u540c\u4e8b\u7684\u5bf9\u8bdd\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u9009\u62e9\u56fa\u5b9a\u7684\u5ba2\u670d\u7ec4\u3002

3. \u5168\u90e8\uff1a\u5f53\u524d\u5ba2\u670d\u53ef\u4ee5\u67e5\u770b\u6240\u6709\u5458\u5de5\u7684\u5bf9\u8bdd\u6570\u636e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u4e09\u3001Configure basic account information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Whether it\u2019s a super admin account or an agent account, both can customize the workspace to create a personalized and efficient service environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\u3001Click the profile picture in the left menu to change your avatar, switch the workspace language, configure navigation settings, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
