Your assumptions

Example inputs, not benchmarks. Replace them with your team’s figures.

Display currency only; no currency conversion. Use the same currency for every cost.

Deduplicate leads across forms, messaging and web chat.

Average time until a useful first response.

A scenario target, not a conversion-rate predictor.

Qualified leads divided by inbound leads.

Your hypothesis or pilot result. No automatic uplift is assumed.

Deals won divided by qualified leads; held constant.

Use a consistent revenue basis; this is not profit.

Your scenario

Adjust the example, then calculate. Your assumptions and formulas are included in the copyable report.

Your inputs stay in this browser. These tools do not upload or save them.

How the calculation works

  1. Current qualified leads = monthly inbound leads × current qualification rate.
  2. Scenario qualified leads = monthly inbound leads × your scenario qualification rate.
  3. Additional deals = difference in qualified leads × qualified-lead close rate.
  4. Revenue difference = additional deals × average deal value. Annual difference = monthly difference × 12. Fractional deals are expected values, not individual customers.

Response time is a target for comparison, not a cause-and-effect formula. Revenue changes only when you change the qualification-rate assumption. These are scenarios, not measured lost sales.

Good to know

A few useful answers.

Does replying faster guarantee more sales?
No. Lead source, intent, qualification criteria and follow-up quality also matter. This model does not assign a sales lift to a response time.
Why does changing response time alone leave revenue unchanged?
There is no universal conversion formula for minutes saved. Enter a qualification-rate hypothesis or pilot result to explore the revenue impact separately.
Which close rate should I use?
Use won deals divided by qualified leads, not all inbound leads. Keep the observation period and qualification definition consistent.
Can I use it for WhatsApp and website leads?
Yes. Use deduplicated inbound leads and consistent definitions. For a better comparison, run separate scenarios for channels with different lead quality.
