Does this add live chat to my website?
It adds a button that opens a WhatsApp chat. It does not create an embedded inbox, chatbot or automatic reply.
Does the button need a paid subscription?
No subscription is required for the generated button. You need a working WhatsApp number and permission to edit your website’s HTML and CSS.
Can I use this on WordPress or Shopify?
Use an HTML block or theme area that permits the generated HTML and CSS. Website builders and plan restrictions differ; ask your developer if styles are stripped or custom code is unavailable.
Does the button track visitors?
The generated snippet contains no analytics script. Clicking sends the visitor to WhatsApp, where WhatsApp’s own service applies.
