4. When Facebook confirms that your account is connected to Mixdesk, select Got It to return to Channels.

4. Check the connection

Return to Channels in Mixdesk to check your Facebook Page’s connection status.

1. Select Sync Conversations for a connected Page. Review the results in Sync History. Mixdesk imports previous conversations that are not already present. Due to platform limits, conversations inactive for 30 days are not imported, and only the latest 20 messages per conversation are available. View imported conversations in Conversation History. Visitors who meet your contact-creation rules automatically become contacts.

2. A connected Page uses one channel-account slot in your plan. Disconnect removes the connection. If a Page remains connected but is disabled, its private messages and comments are not delivered to Mixdesk.

3. Once the channel is enabled, replies sent from the connected account on Facebook also synchronize to Mixdesk.

Step 2: Test the connection

1. Find the connected Page

Sign in to Facebook and search for the connected Page’s name.

2. Send and reply to a test message

Open the Page and send a test message. Reply from Mixdesk to check that messages are received and sent correctly.
